Joel M. Pores was appointed by the Orange County Bar Association President as the Co-Chair of the Client Relations Committee where he served for three years, working with committee members in the Investigation of Complaints against Orange County attorneys. He now serves as Vice-Chair of that committee. Mr. Pores is a member of the Ethics and Professionalism Committee, reviewing changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct among other duties, and serves on the Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee, acting as an Arbitrator of Attorney Fee Disputes. Mr. Pores was appointed to the State Bar Committee For Mandatory Fee Arbitration, where he served for three years working on the formulation of Advisories, Forms and Proposed Rule changes affecting Fee Arbitration. Joel M. Pores acts as a Panel Chair in the Arbitration of Fee Disputes for the State and Orange County Bar programs. Mr. Pores also serves on the Community Outreach Committee and was selected to serve on the Blue Ribbon Mentoring Committee. Mr. Pores has frequently lectured and written on topics relating to the Law Of Lawyers.
